Fantastic guitar! plays amazingly and the neck / fretboard are brilliant. It has a number of areas of damage that have been filled and repainted but these are not obvious at all - a great guitar from 1982 Made in Japan. The tremolo is a bit loose I use a bit of plastic in the hole to help it feel firmer

Approx 1980 Tokai 70's style Silver Star Stratocaster copy, made in Japan Really nice condition for such an old guitar, no significant blemishes or signs of wear, certainly not as new, but I was really chuffed with the state of it when I originally bought it several years ago. Great Lake Deluxe guitars were made in Japan during the 70s and early 80s. They may of been owned or administered by Tokai. This is a nice lightweight strat (3 1-3 2kg) with a lovely, slick dark rosewood fretboard that plays like a dream. Is in excellent condition for its age with only light player ware and scratching. This particular TST-50 model is Tokai's copy of a 1964 Stratocaster. Not high end, but none the less an excellent copy
