This is an original 1963 Supro Airline Bass Guitar survivor. It has the original pickup and the Piezo Bridge pickup, The electronics all work but need cleaned and serviced. I only took it apart to clean it and verify age and originality The neck is warped pretty good but a competent Luthier can straighten it. Here we have a fairly rare 1962 Supro model 1696T Combo all tube hand wired 1-15" amplifier. The amp is just in from storage and has been gone through by my amp technician of 38 years. It is fitted with genuine vintage 60s Teisco gold foil and a 1950s Supro lap steel pickups that have their original windings intact and have that magical slightly microphonic (but in a good way) vintage sound that is so hard to recreate.
