This is handmade 1973 Alvarez 12 string by the famous Kazuo Yairi . This fast, thin neck, 12 string has very low action, plays beautiful. I'm a blues player and had no playing issues with it. Loved the low action! There are a few nicks on the body, but very minor. There is also some fading with the clear coat finish along the back inlay and headstock shown in pics. Tuners replaced nicely (Yairi tuners really fail a lot) by smooth Kluson-like jobbies Action is very low- neck is perfect- frets and nice and smooth. NO issues.
