This is a beautiful guitar. As you can see, the body is Mahogany that??s in solid condition, no cracks or deformations. The neck alignment is in the same spot as the day it was made presumably. The controls function as expected but the tone cap appears to have gone bad or something is loose. I??m not sure but I can tell you the signal is free from buzzing and humming and that type of noise. Travel back in time with this Harmony "Roy Smeck" electric lap steel guitar. I believe it is new old stock. It came from the family of a woman who ran a music store and instruction studio decades ago. I don't believe it's ever been played until we bought it

Completely original pickup, undisturbed coil, solder has been reflowed or re done at some point. Some cracking in the top plate as shown in the pictures but is still solid. Wide spaced pole pieces , measurement in the photos

This is one arrived in need of some rewiring work as it was a bit of a mess underneath, but it??s been sorted and is sounding sweet I??ve put fresh sets of SIT strings on, C6 on the front neck and E9 / 13th on the back. I've got a very nice clean 1955 Gibson Century Lap Steel in its original and rare blue finish. This finish is somewhere between a blue and green but it's listed as blue. These are tough to find in good shape and this is one is in excellent condition. It does have a few minor dings (see photos), but overall, it's in fantastic shape. A quick description, will probably add more later!
Rickenbacher Electro B6, Bakelite lap steel. Pot codes date it to somewhere around 1955, works and sounds exactly like it should. No breaks, 8 8lbs, original case that should be tweed but at some point a long time ago painted grey. One tuner has very slight play in the button but all very solid other than that.
