The condition is mostly very good and I believe it to be all original with no modifications. It has possibly had a re-fret, because the frets are in very good condition. On offer is a vintage early 1970's Japan-import Epiphone Dreadnaught Acoustic FT-145 Texan guitar project. The Serial # is a six digit sequence and is '440586'. The exact dating of Japanese Epiphones is somewhat uncertain but this guitar has the early Blue label inside the soundhole as described in the following extract, with 'Made in Japan' printed on the label, indicating the guitar was made between 1972 and 1975
