This is handmade 1973 Alvarez 12 string by the famous Kazuo Yairi . This fast, thin neck, 12 string has very low action, plays beautiful. I'm a blues player and had no playing issues with it. Loved the low action! There are a few nicks on the body, but very minor. There is also some fading with the clear coat finish along the back inlay and headstock shown in pics.
