Lutheir Project. 1978 Guild mahogany dreadnought. Top was broken beyond repair. It has been taken off. The neck is good has slight crack in the headstock that was repaired a long time ago. I bought a new American Fender Jazz bass in 1978 or 1979. I removed the pick guard and the bridge cover (ashtray) as soon as I got it home. The manual with serial number was removed along with the genuine Fender guitar strap. I carefully packed them away along with another genuine Fender guitar strap that I had saved from a Fender Telecaster bass that I bought new around 1970 if memory serves might have been another one in that time frame. Looks to be all original, in great working condition, volume pot occasionally scratchy, but only during operation not during playing.

Case has a crack in the tolex / case along one top edge as shown in photo, is solid though.
A few marks here and there, 2 input jack nuts are rusty but jack are clean and work great.

Sounds bloody lovely, vibrola / trem works perfectly.

A classic silverface Fender Bassman 50 without the crappy master volume that Fender introduced after 1971
A very tidy quiet amp with a beautiful shimmering Fender tone, especially in channel 2. Makes a great pedal platform, and will overdrive well when pushed to full volume. Works well with my Suhr Reactive Load box.

Sweet sounding and playing old resonator. Made in America.
We are a small guitar shop in Totnes Devon called Castle Guitars with 40 years experience. I used this guitar on my Western Morning News album by Jimmy Pinch, on the last track called Rosie Lee's which has a resonator solo at the end. I used it because it's a nice player with a nice neck and a great tone. It records really well and it has a very strong beautiful sweet sound

Originally in a combo, the chassis is housed in a wonderful reproduction headshell by FA cabs, using all Marshall hardware. A Gibson S-1 from 1978.
These are rare birds, dating from near the end of the Norlin period of Gibson ownership. The S-1 was a sort-of attempt at their own version of a Strat, with a bolt-on neck (with V headstock), 3 single coil pickups and some rather strange switching options

HiBeautiful condition 1978 Vox AC30. Recent full check up. This is a Dallas Arbiter model with its original Celestion G12Ms fitted. Codes date speakers to 26th January 1978 cone code 1777. Its a Vox Sound Label serial number 25453
See photos for condition and as you can see its very clean with no rips or tears even on the bottom. As far as I know its how it came out of the factory 47 years ago. Use it or put it in a museum!
