I am the 3rd. owner of the vintage 1972 Gibson SG Special, this guitar is very light, the neck is straight- it has good intonation, nice "slinkey" action, (with 46-009 ) strings. the pick ups are original mini humbuckers- no P-90's- all controlls and wiring are original it has a new tuneamatic bridge, and new tail piece, but I have the original "harmonica" Gibson bridge and tail piece. that are pitted- but still funcitional- turners are older self locking grovers. the action is low, it does ... more
