What a killer little amp! This is Rickenbacker's version of a Fender Tweed Champ. The components appear to be all original including the speaker, transformers, tubes, and electronics. It sounds fantastic . With humbuckers it stays clean up to about 3 on the volume. At 4 it enters overdrive territory. Above 4 it just adds more gain and compression without much extra volume. Travel back in time with this sweet old electric guitar. Silvertone was the old Sears & Roebuck department store guitar brand from about 1940 to 1970. But it was built by the late, great Harmony Company in Chicago, Illinois. The Harmony ink-stamp is hard to read, but I think it reads 55, indicating it was built in 1955

This 1955 Epiphone Harry Volpe is from the end period of Epiphone as an independent company, shortly prior to the Gibson buyout. The Volpe model is an all maple laminate, hollow body, archtop, electric guitar with a 15 1 / 4 inch lower bout. The neck is mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard.

I've got a very nice clean 1955 Gibson Century Lap Steel in its original and rare blue finish. This finish is somewhere between a blue and green but it's listed as blue. These are tough to find in good shape and this is one is in excellent condition. It does have a few minor dings (see photos), but overall, it's in fantastic shape.
