This guitar has been loved by Rev Peyton of Rev Peyton's Big Damn Band, but its time for him to thin the herd. Now is your chance to own a piece of music history!
As pictured, there is plenty of honest wear to body from decades of use. Rev, being known as a slide player, hasn't put a ton of mileage on the frets, but they are still low, typical for guitars of this time

This is a Nice Example of the (Kay) Made Old Kraftsman. These guitars are getting more scarce to find. This is a playing guitar. There is checking and play wear thru-out. There is a bit of etching / scratches on back of neck. cosmetic only. changed tuners. this is a nice working guitar. But might be in need of some adjustment. Sold as is

This 60s Kay Speed Demon 571 was brought back to good life and is now truly a treasure, absolutely DRIPPING with good mojo

When we acquired this guy, he was just a husk. So I personally spent a good amount of time thinking this through, and landed on the following things to bring him back to life:

What a COOL classic guitar this is. Has a wonderful and uniquely rich tone. This guitar would really work well with styles like Classic Rock, Rock-a-Billy, Folk / Punk, and Singer / Songwriters. But that's just my opinion. Heck, go chug-chug some djenty black metal breakdowns with it, no judgement here

1960??s cherry red with cream binding, Kay K561 Speed Demon Archtop Electric Acoustic Guitar - made in USA. All original and in great condition. Very straight neck. Volume and tone pots and pickup working perfectly and provide a beautiful, rich, resonant sound that you can only get from an older instrument

Includes its original hard shell case in good condition.
