Only two were working, as shown in the photo. I sent a message with the picture to the seller within eBay's 30 day window, informing him of the problem and asking what they'd like to do. A week later, I contacted eBay who asked that I send another message, which I did. eBay also told me they would try to contact the buyer, but also got no response.
