Shipped a comic from 1952 with no bag and board sandwiched between cardboard directly exposed to the packing tape. Spine was damaged and stuck to the packing tape as a result. Hurting the value and condition description of the comic. Only would offer a return, which wasn't ideal when the book itself is still hard to come by. Accepted no blame saying their shipping practices were good. Just avoid for comics. Media mail too.
