    Das Akkordeon war eigentlich sehr gut verpackt, trotzdem kam es beschädigt an, insofern als ein Teil der Bassknöpfe so reingedrückt waren, dass man sie nicht mehr raus bekam. Diverse Knöpfe waren in das Instrument gefallen. Der Verkäufer hat sofort angeboten, die notwendigen Reparaturkosten zu übernehmen oder den möglichen Rückversand zu akzeptieren. Ich hatte mich entschlossen das Instrument zu behalten,. Der Verkäufer hat die nicht unerheblichen Reparaturkosten anstandslos sofort erstattet.
