Someone took amp apart and didn't know what they were doing. The amp was taken apart and not put back together with screws. The tubes were damaged due to poor packaging i.e.: (no bubble wrap used) When contacted about amp problems seller got an attitude and was curt about sale. Seller is really slow to ship.
