Not a scratch, ding, dent, or defect anywhere and the electronics cover still had the protective plastic on it. Price was great as well! Getting thru customs was a chore but the sellers were in constant contact and despite the hangups (no fault of the seller), the bass still arrived 3 days early and was packaged very well. I highly doubt you'll be disappointed with these folks! Thanks again! A+

Brand new and in the original box and in excellent condition. The package came to the DHL office in Koror, Palau and they called me, so I picked it up and was very happy. Seller communicated with me via email and we both made it work and I finally got my Brand new Yamaha PSR SX 920 Keyboard. First one in my country if I am not mistaken. I suggest the international sales for the import duties be bolded or highlighted to make the buyer more aware of these additional charges. The Dingwall Bass was delivered in great condition, the seller discounted the price, they shipped the product in a sturdy package and communicated during the entire process.
