It well packed in a box stuffed with large chunks of Styrofoam. Shipping was free and arrived in only a few days. The seller voluntarily messaged me through Ebay to update me on shipping status. The only fault was that the device had a clearly labeled fuse port containing a burnt-out fuse jumped by aluminum foil.
