    This item was sold as fitting the 2003 Windstar, including Ebays van chart. The Ebay listing showed it as fitting. IT DOES NOT FIT ANY 2003 VAN MADE IN 2003, ONLY LATE 2002 EARLY PRODUCTION. It only fits 2003 Windstars made before Dec 2002, it is shown in very fine print on the package. It was not readable until it arrived, and I was able to read the very the fine print on the label. Beware of this vendor! This is the second time I've gotten bad items.

    The item was NOT sold as "fitting the 2003 Windstar" it was sold as a Hopkins wiring kit 40615 ford windstar new as per the item on this message. If an Ebay tool shows this fitting then that is an Ebay issue. The photo in the listing clearly shows the application of the 40615 wiring kit (does not include a 2003). This info was there prior to purchase and my listing clearly shows no refunds. Suggestions were offered but no communication, due to buyers incorrect feedback recommend avoiding.
