    In 26 years as an eBay member, I've never had an experience like this. Seller sent the item on time, it arrived damaged. I messaged the seller twice with no response at all. I opened a dispute. He didn't 'respond but issued a return despite specifying I didn't want one. I just wanted to discuss if a partial refund could be arranged. Literally zero communication. I tried a 3rd time to contact before leaving a negative review, still no response. Disappointing, and a real shame
