    As an electronics tech, (and former Presonus employee), I was able to replace the faulty capacitor that caused the distortion. BUT, the seller, out of either negligence or laziness, just tossed this item loose in a box. With NO bubble wrap or padding at all. I'm surprised a knob or two wasn't broken off. Just because an item is listed as "not working" is no excuse for poor packing which could have easily caused futher damage. I will not be doing business with this seller again.
