They told me because it was being shipped to a cold climate, special provisions were necessary, I agreed. But to my amazement, the packaging of this guitar was less than acceptable. Jammed in two boxes, the outside box need to be torn open. I let the guitar acclimate for a day before opening the second box. To my surprise, the pictures show the packing, it looked like someone just threw bits and
