A nice vintage Japanese-made Jedson hollowbody electric guitar, dating from circa 1960s
A cool vintage fully hollow electric made in Japan for the Western market, likely in the same factory as Teisco / Guyatone models (it's structurally identical to a Teisco model EP-8T). In excellent condition for its age and appears to be all original, save for missing its tremolo arm

This is an early 1970s (most likely 1972 or 73) Jedson Les Paul copy. These were made for Dallas Arbiter by Matsumoku in Japan, who effectively made the same guitar for Rose-Morris (branded Shaftesbury) in the UK plus for other brands worldwide (Univox etc). This guitar is a step up from the numerous cheap black Les Pauls made in the seventies branded Columbus, Avon, Satellite etc, having a thicker solid body, nicer inlays etc

Very cool, refinished in Sonic Blue, small body, vintage made in Japan, Jedson Telecaster.

This was originally the one pickup version but someone converted it to a two pickup one using an original matching pickup.
Since acquiring it, I have stripped it down, tidied up the electrics, filled in the holes where the original semi-adjustable bridge was replaced with a fully-adjustable tune-o-matic one, sanded back where necessary and re-sprayed with Sonic Blue nitrocellulose. I ... more

Jedson Les Paul Copy, Made in Japan by Matsumoko. From the serial number on the backplate probably made in 1981. Very nice black body in good condition for age with binding, so not a base model. Machine heads have been changed to Grovers & the bridge to a Schaller roller bridge The pickups are Vanson '59 Alnico V's. These are perfectly adequate, but someone purchasing this guitar might want to upgrade to Seymour Duncan's or DeMarzio's
