Up for auction: Original 60's Hofner 500 / 1 violin bass case
The case is in sturdy condition, but has some issues:
- lots of surface scratches (see pics)
- the lining is loose and needs regluing
- some blistering on top
- some binding is missing
- handle mount missing, and re-attached with wire (see pics)

Offering this vintage 1965-66 era Violin Beatle Bass with case. Plays and sounds awesome. Has a real growl to it. Strung with pyramid flat wounds, and will come with an extra new set. It's missing the pick guard like McCartney, and has a some cool finish cracks and checking. Loads of mojo!!
