Action creeps up towards the 12th fret. The upper registers are still playable (see video) but let's be honest- this thing is not gonna play like a $5k Collings. New Earthwood strings. Very nice and fully restored 1961 Harmony Stratotone ??Jupiter??, the top of the line for the series. A while ago I acquired a husk with some parts and set to work hunting down the rest. Body / neck (excellent condition!), tuners, tailpiece, ALL five knobs, and the long pickguard are original. Bridge and Dearmond goldfoils are vintage and correct. Here's an amazing, all original, Harmony H2 lap steel from either 1953 or 1963 (134335 pot codes) in pearloid that is all original. This plays and sounds great and is in excellent condition for it's age. This show very little signs of use and comes with a new Gretsch gig bag case. Vintage 1959 Harmony H-63 Espanada body / neck. This is a true Espanada. She looks pretty good for being 65 years old. Neck joint is a bit loose so will have to have a neck reset. Joint area is very clean so it will probably lend itself to a relatively smooth reset. Fretboard extension "ski-jumps" upward because the loose neck joint allows the neck to tilt forward. This is a vintage Harmony Master acoustic guitar from the 1960's. It has some significant cosmetic wear. It doesn't have any strings with it. However it is a one owner guitar. My father purchased ot new I'm the 60's but he never learned to play or even pick the thing up. It has sat in his game room for the past 60 or so years. I realize it's not a pretty guitar and probably needs some work. I have priced it accordingly.

Guitar has a few cosmetic issues: scratches and spots, 2 cracks on the face right side, and a small part of the body unglued on the bottom corner side + has dust inside the body. This is what I noticed during my inspection. Remember this 70 years old guitar, and it's still playing well!

This early Harmony Patrician came from the estate of a 95 year old woman who supposedly bought it new. It sat on a stand in her back room along with several other instruments she had played over the years. It was always well cared for and definitely shows it. Vintage harmony Chicago 5 string  banjo. I found this at a tagged estate sale just south of Cicero IL south side Chicago. All that was there was the pot and the mahogany neck that's it the neck was straight so picked it up and noticed that the soundboard was a wheel cover off an old Packard. This vintage Harmony 1215 acoustic guitar features an arch top F hole design with a beautiful sunburst body color. The body material as well as neck is made of birch. The guitar is easy to play with low action up to the 12 threat. Between the 12th and 13th fret there is a high spot on the fretboard which causes buzzing in that area only. It is made from a single piece of very old white oak that came out of the kitchen of the house I grew up in, which was about 100 years old at the time this was taken from it, since then it has aged another twenty some years and has also been baked in an oven a very resonant piece of wood

Here's a cool old 1930s archtop project for someone. Custom Kraft branded guitars such as this one were made by both Harmony and Regal and perhaps others as well but this one was made by Regal, the headstock, neck shape, and body shape are all dead giveaways.

This is a solid steel neck reinforcement bar from an early 60s era Harmony Stella 12 string neck. It measures 3 / 16" wide, 1 / 2" deep, 12-3 / 8" long. There is a bend in it that can be seen in the photos, this isn't damage, it was installed this way originally, forced into a straight slot in the neck. I don't know if this was done intentionally or not.
