This is a Vintage 1981 USA made Gibson Victory Standard Bass Body. No other parts are included. It weighs 6 lbs 15 oz. There's LOTS of wear, nicks, dings, paint chips, and buckle wear. This is an original vintage 1981 Gibson Victory Bass case. It's solid, but there are several places on the edges where the tolex is torn and separating from the wood. The interior is worn, but in good shape. The tab to open the accessory compartment has mostly torn away leaving a small nub. There are no bad smells. All of the metal hinges and latches are tarnished, but intact and working. The handle is intact. Interior body compartment measures 27 5 X 13 inches. Interior neck compartment is 19 ... more

Nice vintage 1982 Gibson Victory guitar. Harder to find Pelham Blue finish. This guitar has aged nicely with some neat checking through original finish. The guitar appears all original to my eyes except maybe the bridge. The mini switch tip was broken off. The pickup make some noise mainly the middle one (pots could use cleaning). The frets are in decent shape. Old Fender Hard Shell case with newer interior included. Feel free to ask questions or for more pictures. Thanks for looking!

Good condition. This bass was reportedly owned by the bassist from Mountain, but we have no documentation to confirm this. The Scott Moon dragon / dinosaur painting is fun. It apparently was painted in 1988 according to the signature. Comes with a non-original neck plate.

These came off of a 1981 Victory Standard Bass. These did not come with screws. They're pretty clean for their age with some nicks and minor pitting. Original bushings and washers included. A previous owner marked them "G, D, A, E" on the underside. It shouldn't matter, but I left the markings anyway

All original and complete
FANTASTIC cosmetic and working condition!
No breaks, cracks or repairs.
The top-adjust bridge was first used on the Gibson Explorer II, ES-335 dot, and later the Victory MV2 and MV10 models, and although clearly a very well conceived piece of hardware, it does not seem to have gained the useage perhaps it deserved. Here we have an 80s inspired Gibson Victory from 2024! This is the figured top version done in a wine red burst finish
Specs include a mahogany body, AA figured maple top, mahogany neck and ebony board. It's a double-cutaway body with set neck construction and front-loaded controls. This a killer bass and a total P bass killer. Gibson released these to compete with the p bass and they are far, far, better quality. Mahogany body, Mable neck, brass nut, active and passive humbuckers with MOOG electronics! All original with the original case. The original case is pretty beat up with a buckle replaced but still road Worthy. Original paperwork still with it. The guitar is set up to play easy with a low action and great sound. When I bought this some years ago, it was advertised as being manufactured in 1981 and with a special paintjob. The special paint job is a refinish, and I'm pretty sure they painted the back of the neck as I've never seen another like it. Looks quite nice but has some chips and knocks but overall, it's a very cool 43 year old bass. This is a fantastic guitar - 1981 Gibson Victory MV-X (Multi Voice). Original Twilight Blue finish, that has greened slightly over time. One of the last Gibson Victory guitars to ship from Kalamazoo. Designed to out-strat a Stratocaster!
And a great playing guitar too with a very comfortable action, and plenty of room to adjust. Has some playwear and the usual scratches and dings, but nothing too serious
