This is a one of a kind and a very special 1958 Les Paul Gold Top. Best sounding late 50's paf guitar I have ever played! Maybe it's because it only weighs 8 1 pounds? Ultra light and resonant. This is a 1960 (I think) Les Paul Junior. The guitar is 100% original in every way, although it does have a few miles on it. The guitar has its original electronics, and all parts are original. I traded this with a fellow guitarist and they purchased the guitar from ATB back in summer 2022. It has all the original parts and finish except the case is modern
It's had a neck repair which you can see in the extra photos but its a very neat repair. It's also had a Bigsby on at some point so you can see two dropped filled holes on the main body of the guitar but these are relatively discreet

Here??s a very rare one. One of the first double cutaway Juniors from 1958. Only a few were made with the enlarged pick guard like this
It has the earliest serial number I??ve seen on a double cutaway Les Paul Junior.
The pick up may have been rewound as the solder joint looks re-done. The pots have 1957 date codes.

Here is my ?79 Gibson Les Paul Custom, it??s in fantastic condition for 45yrs old but has its fair share of play wear and natural ageing- small dings, lacquer missing from the sides of the neck, lovely amber-ing of the lacquer and pitting to the gold hardware. Good condition Gibson Les Paul Custom from 1969. What strikes me first about this guitar is the weight, it's incredibly light! An absolute pleasure to play, with a slim 60s style neck. There has been a neck repair at some point, but it's almost impossible to spot. The guitar itself has had a recent pro level refinish.
