This is a 3-tube amplifier using 5Y3 rectifier, 6SJ7 preamp, and 6V6 output. I replaced the old filter capacitors with 600 volt electrolytics. Definitely been played and gigged a lot over the past 65 years   Original Jensen speaker. Amp was Tested. Sounds good   Vibrato comes on briefly with a 1 / 4 " plug inserted but does not remain on   Again, lots of wear, dirt , grime etc .the kinda wear you'd pay 5x more for on a Custom shop guitar and call it Relic'd LOL. Amp is missing 1 foot on bottom

1960's Gibson GA-5 Skylark Crestline amplifier. What a little vintage beast. For some reason I think it's a '64. This is one of the good ones, with the 6AQ5's in the output.
The valve set: A robust 6EU7, two JAN (Joint Army Navy) Sylvania 6005's (breaking up sweeter than the 6AQ5's), a JAN Sylvania 6X4, and and a rare Phillips JAN 6C4 . A very rare amp I have decided to part ways with. These heads originally came with a cab that had a compartment to tuck the head into. So these heads are pretty light. Some scuffs here and there but overall clean shape. Even the tubes look original. Original power chord that has a weird ground cable. I rubber banded it in case you were wonder what that was. Head casing is a thin metal. A very simple rare amp that sounds great

You're not likely to find a better example of one of these. Works perfectly and has that unmistakable sound of a vintage Gibson valve amp
