Gorgeous bass. Sounds killer. Straight neck, low action, truss turns, frets are excellent, electronics are clean. New 9V. New D'Addario 45s. Set up by the top guy in Boston. The active EMGs are aftermarket. Looks like there's a very small amount of routing in the control cavity to allow for the 9V. Pickguard and pickguard screws are aftermarket. As seen in the video, for sale is a 1959 Fender Precision Bass with a non-original case. This bass guitar has some wear but remains in perfect working order, playing and sounding amazing. There are scratches, dings, and wear throughout, as well as extra holes on the pick-guard and on the top. Here we have a 1974 Fender Precision Bass signed by 'Billy Sheehan in 1992' The body has been de-finished down to a natural wood. It has also been souped up with a chrome pickguard, new knobs, brass nut, and a changed out bridge from the original to a more modern heavy duty Fender fine tuning bass bridge. Electrics have just been swapped out for passive EMG Geezer Butler pickups which sound huge. For sale : Original 1958 Fender Precision Bass
Restored about 12 years ago in California. This Bass has had quiet a few changes including a professional re-finish to the body and a pro re-fret. It was originally sunburst which is still some there in the pickup Calverty. Both the Neck and Body pencil dates are present, the pickguard is a replacement - I don't know if its Fender made.

Overall good condition other than the back 2 pages which are stained with small piece of print missing from near bottom right corner of back page. Staining has come through onto penultimate page. Content on top of penultimate page suggests 1960 to 1961. I believe these were included in the original case candy for these guitars

This American Precision bass is definitely one for anyones collection. With that 70's sound and feel paired with the amazing quality of it being American made, you can play any genre from surf to grunge and sound amazing
This bass still has original pickups, however the wiring, scratch plate have been replaced. the guitar has also been refinished.
