This guitar has been used but never abused. There are a few scratches and rub marks but besides one little chip in the bottom right all of them are surface level and maybe even could be buffed out if you cared. 1959 Jazzmasters are special instruments. Some have argued that Fender put special care and attention to these first year of production examples. I think there might be something to that. Additionally, the gold guards produce a distinctive tone that is really special.

This is one fantastic, real deal, vintage Fender Jazzmaster. It is beautifully refinished in a lightly checked nitro white / blond that shows the grain of the fairly rare ash body. Finish was done by Riggio custom guitars. It's got the dark and hard Brazilian rosewood slab fingerboard on a superbly aged, original finish maple neck.
