This is a cool vintage instrument. We just put fresh strings on it. Sounds and plays so good! Straight neck. Fully functional. Made in Italy. It has electronics. The jack has something a little off in that if you jiggle the cord sometimes the sound will cut in and out. It could be the tip needs pressed in more. Simple fix. Sounds good as an acoustic. This guitar has some dings and scratches over the years giving it character, but nothing major. Someone will love this blast from the past!

Diese Eko Ranger VI ist eine echte vintage Gitarre - Anfang 70er, also 50+ Jahre. Alte Hölzer??das hört man. Echter vintage Sound von dieser Gitarre
Dieses Model wird auch von dem amerikanischen Musiker Ryan Adams gespielt
.Bünde wurden mal neu bundiert und sind wenig gebrauchten Zustand
Die Gitarre ist im gebrauchten vintage Zustand, also viele dings und Songs, plus Kratzer

Here we have a truly rare early pre-ranger Eko J56, of the first edition design circa 1965
This stager sports the unusual and rather tasty looking birdseye maple back and sides, contrasted with the gloss black neck, looks amazing!
Made in comparatively low numbers and very rarely seen for re-sale, don't miss!
We left the guitar in unrestored original condition, please note there are prior maintenance repairs and weatherings as follows

Here we have a great condition 1969 eko ranger acoustic guitar
You just don't get guitars like these any more as the trees used to make them are not allowed to be cut down
Only with guitars made of the correct woods and aged and seasoned can you get that wonderful tone
This one in particular is in excellent condition for the age of 55 years, it does have a crack across the bridge (shown in photo) which has not moved or changed in the 18 years that I've owned it

This is a real, all original, factory made left handed version of the Eko Ranger 6 stringer, and not a conversion as most of these are.

I have recently learnt that this is actually one of the rarer models made from 1979-1981 that were only made in Recanti, Italy. Great unmistakable sounding guitar
The neck was completely reset and realigned by the luthier to allow a very low action and great playability. So the 3 mm space between the final part of the fretboard and the soundhole of the guitar that you can see in the photo is due to this work. Various lacquering defects are present as often happens with the paint on these guitars. Furthermore, some imperfections on the rear edge lacquering. Sold with a soft case, carefully packaged

This is a really nice vintage Eko Ranger Folk acoustic - smaller (and far more desirable) than the full-size Eko Ranger with a 15 1 / 4" wide body - perfect for home use. Spruce top, mahogany neck, back and sides, rosewood fretboard

this is a vintage Eko Ranger 12 string guitar from the 70s, unsure of specific year, fitted with sound hole pickup and volume and tone knobs

acoustically its Very loud and jangly due to its big body and plugged in you can get some nice warm tones too

the action can be adjusted by screws on the bridge and at the moment is set up nice and low which makes the guitar very playable

as you can see the guitar is missing the original pick guard

This is a nice example for its age the body is good no damage apart from light scratches, all the winders are good nothing missing, The back of the neck has some light Hair lines marks in the varnish there does not seem the effect the neck, but may need some attention

Eko Ranger 12 String Acoustic Guitar - Playable But Needs TLC
Here is my Eko Ranger 12 String. The label doesn't mention the year, though these guitars mostly seem to be from 1960's / 1970's - it doesn't have a scratch plate and the label says it's Italian made, so maybe that gives some clue?
Playable, but has a headstock break repaired by a previous owner. Cosmetically not perfect, especially round the headstock (where there's still a screw from the headstock repair), and has various ... more

A vintage EKO Ranger 12 string guitar; looks to be a 1970s version but no exact date present
The overall construction of the guitar is in solid condition but it does require TLC. There are cracks to the lacquer at the headstock and more significant areas of damage around the edges of the body. The saddle is warped and would need replacing along with a more comprehensive setup. There is light rusting to many of the metal parts, including the tuning pegs.
