1960s Egmond Parlor Guitar Sunburst For Repair
This guitar is in need of repair and restoration. The neck angle is set back far so that the strings are laying flat on the fingerboard but the neck is actually a bolt on neck so no need to worry about neck resets. There is a screw under the last inlay to screw down the fingerboard extension over the body and a bolt on the back of the heel to attach the neck to the body. Vintage Egmond 12 string acoustic guitar - Made in Holland - Circa 1960s / 70s. Possibly Model 21 as this is stamped inside the body but I'm not sure
Its fairly unusual as it features a 12th fret neck / body join and a 624mm (24 3 / 4 ") scale length
The tuners and bridge pins are replacements ( done before I owned the guitar) and the strings are new D'addario at the time of listing , gauge .010- 050

Vintage 1970s Egmond Made in Holland Sunburst Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar
I've just cleared out a collection of guitars, and this is one of them - an Edmond Sunburst Dreadnought acoustic guitar. I've cleaned it and restrung it, and it sounds brilliant. Someone has added a 'ruler' as part of the bridge, so the E string is a little buzzing in parts, otherwise good. It's well used, for sure, so priced to sell. Grab a bargain! Sold to me as a Bass 9. It did not have Bass 9 on the headstock, which it would have had if it was a Selmer import to the UK. This and the fact that it was actually bought from Germany make me think is in in effect a Typhoon 2EBS1

Vintage Dutch Egmond guitar in decent condition for its age. There are a few marks where the paint has come away, but other than that it holds up well for an instrument made in the 1960s

Bit of a timewarp guitar, it's been kept in it's original case for a long long time
Firstly, dating this guitar as 1957 / 8 as it was made to ride the wave of the ground breaking BBC TV show called 6-5 special. Six-Five Special was the BBC's first attempt at a rock-and-roll programme. Its title was derived from its broadcast time, as it aired at 6:05 on Saturday evening. The show end in December 1958

This Egmond guitar with case and key requires new strings and a new owner. I bought it many years ago (overestimating my playing ability). Apart from a few surface marks / abrasions the guitar is solid and intact. Very good for it's age. The case is in great condition for it's age with all clasps working as they should. The case has done it's job.
