pThis is a very rare and unique guitar. It is a vintage Antoria 699 acoustic guitar made sometime in the 1970s in Nagoya, Japan with a spruce top, flamed maple back and sides, ebony bridge, and a maple fretboard. The back has a very intricate and attractive wood marquetry strip, and the headstock logo is a very beautiful inlaid abalone, while the fret markers are inlaid ebony dots. Antoria 1958 10 Watt Combo Celestion 44 Speaker Uber Rare. Doubt there is another one of these in this condition in the world when I got it it still had the 50's mains plug, so unused all these years ,important to note that it takes about 45 seconds for the light to come on after it's plugged in, then thirty secs after that the valve lights up and she kicks into life, design feature? This is an early seventies example of the Strat copies that really showed up Fender's decline in the CBS years-the Antoria branding was used by JT Coppock, the UK importer but the factory it was built in was Fujigen Gakki in Matsumotu where pretty much identical guitars were produced under the Greco and Ibanez names for the Japanese and US markets respectively and subsequently Fender turned to to restore their fortunes in the eighties. This piece was made in Japan early to mid 70's and she is a most magnificent Dove as good as any Gibson!!
FujiGen factory made her, they also made the Ibanez version, which is the same in all respects apart from the headstock name and the label
Condition is far above average so calling it 'excellent' most of these are played to within an inch of it
