Vintage guitars for sale: Southampton

A beautiful example of a vintage original 1967 ES 335 TDC,
With original case and some old paperwork from the previous owner showing it was purchased used in New York and imported to UK via QE2 back in the eighties. It was owned by him until I bought it 7 years or so ago.
I believe all original including pat no. pickups, pots, frets, hardware. No mods, although may have temporarily had a bigsby in the past as small screw hole showing near tailpiece.

Gretsch Country Gentleman. USA made. Vintage 1964 Serial number 80762, No modifications. Fantastic condition and was told the first owner was the manager for The Hollies and it was kept in his studio. Comes with original case and all the case candy including strap. Played by the likes of John Squire, Lou Reed and Elvis. The 64 model has the bar pickup. I believe only on this year. Walnut Finnish. Gold hardware, nicely preserved. Bigsby tremolo arm. Incredible sounding and very beautiful copper top JMI Vox AC30 from very late 1963 or early 1964. Case and chassis are in fantastic condition, and it has a pair of 1963 alnico blue speakers with orginal, Pulsonic cones, also in excellent condition. Original ?egg?? footswitch is also included

A rare find a 1979 Ovation electro acoustic 1627 Glen Campbell signature model. At 45 years old it is in remarkable condition no dings or cracks to be found. As you can see it has a 5 piece neck, ebony fret board, rosewood bridge and solid spruce top, the gold tuners are as good as new, no signs of any wear. This is a really early and clean 1983 example of the Fender Branded JV 55 / 62 Strat in Candy Apple Red. (Original Fender Decal - not changed like so many JVs) It has its original black bottom Pickups which sound great! Everything about this guitar seems to be as it should be!

1965 Hofner President in superb condition. Looks gorgeous, amazing build, plays amazingly well and is all original.
I had it up for sale at ATB guitars but it didn't sell so I took it back after a while, the description from their website is below.

Rare Tokai ST80 from the early 1980s, body and neck have matching numbers, see pics. Sought after E-series grey pickups and original braided wiring / 25k pots. Neck is straight with rare AAA flame maple, stamped D at fret 21, I assume this is the shape which is full and rounded. Minimal fret wear. Aria Sinsonido AS-100 silent travel guitar with carry bag
This works very well as a nearly silent guitar for quiet practice in hotel rooms, late at night etc but it does also plug in and then makes a decent stab at sounding like an acoustic guitar, so I have gigged with it a couple of times quite happily
The tone control doesn't seem to do anything much but I've never had a problem with that

Vintage 1970's Epiphone FT-145 SB Texan.
Very well played showing lots of wear and tear but still plays well and sounds fantastic with good tone, plenty of volume and low end.
Stress crack to headstock but no movement and tuning stays solid, appears to have been like this for a very long time. Comes with a hard case.

Vintage Roland 50W solid state combo guitar amplifier with delay / chorus / flanger effects. Lots of variation in tone is possible and there is plenty of gain and punch from the four speakers. It has never been gigged, but I'm sure would be fine for small venues - it can be quite loud! Roland are a high quality brand and the build standard is good.
