Gibson had bought the Epiphone Company in about 1957, and for some years continued to make Epi models in Kalamazoo that very closely resembled the older ones from New York, perhaps the main difference being the addition of the Gibson truss rod, which was far superior to that previously used by Epiphone. It has very easy action but does not buzz on the neck. In my opinion it does not need an action set-up. It plays perfectly as is. It was my best friend's brother's who was the sole owner and it has spent most of its time stored in its case

These are rare Bass tuners from a Guild Bass I owned years ago. They are from a Guild M85 bass from 1973 I think, but would also fit on a vintage Guild Starfire bass from the same era. They are USA made Grover tuners that came on the Guild basses from the factory There are four tuners with their bushings, They are missing the screws. Sold as is to buyers with a history on eBay that have completed 5 purchases. These are a great find for someone doing a restore on a bass like this.... more
