I was lucky enough to buy a very nice vintage Gibson SG Junior today from the original owner. This great guitar is in superb condition in the original Gibson Chipboard case and it even has a key chain tag from the company the person bought it from. This amazing SG junior has very little in the way of dings, checking, or other issues you might see on a guitar this old. Cool little rocker I believe to be all original. Plays nicely, and has that punchy garage rock tone provided by the single bridge position pick-up. Very mimimal fret-ware, and the action is pretty nice already. All electrics (all two!) work as they should. It is missing the tremelo bar, but the spring and nut under the bridge are there. Decca DMI 301 produced in the 1960's by Teisco, made in Japan. Features of this short scale bass include on / off selectors for each of the two pickups, a boat-style input jack, tone and volume knobs. Vibey re-purposed old Cordovox amp enclosure loaded with 2 -12 " . Emincene Legend, and Eminence Allesasndro. I think the cab can handle close to 100 watts. I pushed it my bassman 50, and a AMpeg Gemini for a bit using for guitar and bass duty.
The cab looks killer and sounds good considering the materials. You can pack it with foam to tighten up a bit if you like. I have it wired at 16 ohms to accomodate the Ampeg. This was a cool little DIY project I did and will be sad to see it go. Not... more

Vintage 1960s Teisco TRE100 electric guitar aluminum pickguard with all of the parts Except the pickup. Made in Japan, circa 1965-66.
