This is a 1968 Hofner 500 / 1 bass that has a mix of features from a 500 / 1 and a 5000 / 1 Deluxe. Per the appraisal from Gruhn Guitars (see last pic), they estimate this to be from a limited run of maybe 10 basses. The color and style of wood as well as the pickguard are consistent with a 5000 / 1 Deluxe but the rest is consistent with a 500 / 1 including the white binding. A 5000 / 1 Deluxe has tortoiseshell binding. The original hard shell case is included

This is a player grade 1963 brown panel Vibrolux 6G11A. It has a number of replaced components but still sounds excellent and therefore makes it a great gigging amp. The sound is somewhere between a tweed and black panel with a more mid forward tone and a really nice break up at relatively moderate volumes. This 1967 Hofner 500 / 1 violin bass is structurally sound and the electronics work perfectly. Overall the bass sounds amazing, better than most Hofner basses I've had. The pickups are loud and punchy. The truss rod, however, is maxed out and there is a bit of bow in the neck. The bass has been set up as good as possible and the 12th fret string height is only about 0 5mm above what a lot of people prefer. The active EMGs are aftermarket. Looks like there's a very small amount of routing in the control cavity to allow for the 9V. Pickguard and pickguard screws are aftermarket. The Silvertone 1382 was made by Kay and Danelectro. It is similar to the Kay K161 Thin Twin. It has 2 lipstick pickups, chambered body, 4 knobs, crown crest logo on the pickguard, block markers, and a sunburst finish. The pickups are actually quite substantial below the pickguard. See pic. Very clean 1965 Hagstrom II (also known as the F-200) n baby blue. It is super comfortable and lightweight. The neck is slim and fast. It is set up well with low action. The truss rod works. This Epiphone FT-145 Texan sounds as wonderful as it looks. It has a few dings, but is in excellent condition for its age. Made by the legendary Matsumoku factory in Japan, it was built in 1973.

What a killer little amp! This is Rickenbacker's version of a Fender Tweed Champ. The components appear to be all original including the speaker, transformers, tubes, and electronics. It sounds fantastic . With humbuckers it stays clean up to about 3 on the volume. At 4 it enters overdrive territory. Above 4 it just adds more gain and compression without much extra volume. Very rare original vintage Vega Duo-Tron truss rod cover from the late 1940s ~ early 1950s time period
It has a 5-sided shape and reads "DUO-TRON PAT D " , in vintage white, along with a thin line around the perimeter, and includes its original set of 3 phillips-head mounting screws.
It's a nice completion piece to restore an original Duo-Tron / Vega D-26, D-46, C-66, Odell-branded Vega archtop, etc
