Vintage guitars for sale: Leeds

My beloved Flying V needs a new home. Bought from a renowned local musician late 80's early 90's who then spent many years trying to get me to sell it back to him. I played 100's of gigs with this incredibly sounding and versatile guitar and lovingly looked after it over the years. The only real things to note if you're bothered with such things is the worn finish on the rear and the crack in the point of the scratch plate where the screw was too tight. 1971 Gibson ES-335TD made in Kalamazoo. Originally bought from USA. Serial No: 728516
Immaculate condition for its age. No dings or buckle rash. Shines and rings like a bell. Will struggle to find one in as good condition for age. Beautiful slim neck for easy handing. Gibson logo humbuckers. Original case (with slight edge piece missing as shown - doesn't effect function).

I bought this bass last year, and although it's a fantastic instrument, I bought it because of my love of The Police, not my need for yet another P Bass

The serial number dates to 1978, however the previous owner believed it could date be as late as 1980 given Fenders of the era. The finish on the back of the body isn't original, and is a strange matte finish. The front of the body could be original ... more

1963 Guild T-100D Slim Jim Archtop Guitar with bigsby / Guildsby
Very good condition for 60+ years old guitar. Does have some buckle rash and laquer checking and laquer has mostly worn from the back of the neck due to play wear (see pictures)
Has recently been professionally refretted by Gordon White (luthier to many famous guitarists / bands)

If you know guitars you know DAION (also sold as JooDee and Yamaki in different territories) and how sought after these are, for good reason. Made in Japan and regarded as some of the best available, outstripping most of the major brands

An absolutely awesome piece of history! John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison all played these guitars at the start of their careers, and they??re great guitars today too!

This particular guitar needs some work done on the electronics, as they currently do not work, hence the low price !

This is a classic 'F *r' 70's type Strat (made in 1982) - but at a fraction of the cost of the American made version and arguably better build quality.
The pickups are the original grey bottomed items and sound like a classic 70's Strat should
I've had it recently re-fretted with fret wire that is marginally wider than the original 'tall, thin' frets - but not as wide as modern 'jumbo' type frets
