This is a Gibson The Paul from 1985 that is very special indeed. The Pauls were typically natural finishes and this is a charcoal metallic finish that has aged to a really nice olive green that you would expect from a silverburst Custom of a similar age. The pickups are Tim Shaw PAF and sound great. The later The Pauls like this one have a relocated pickup selector to where the SG is, rather than behind the bridge which I prefer.
