1961 Fender Musicmaster guitar. Former owner bought this in the 90??s as an original finish guitar, but it is actually a 30+ year old refinish in Dakota Red. Appears to have originally been Olympic White. Finish checking on both sides does not photograph well. Neck appears to have been over-sprayed with clear at the same time. I have owned this guitar for a long time and have loved it. I am piecing together a perfect Jazzmaster for me so I am selling this. I have tried to take good pictures. This guitar has been used but never abused. There are a few scratches and rub marks but besides one little chip in the bottom right all of them are surface level and maybe even could be buffed out if you cared. This Teisco (or maybe St. George?) came from a friend's collection. When he bought it, the seller told him it was a 60s Teisco, and that is the extent of its provenance

Storage find in original condition unrestored condition, being sold as a project just to be on the safe side. I don't know a thing about it, it's value, or what it's going to require so I'm listing this as needing a total total restoration. I have loved this guitar! It is beautiful to just look at and plays sweet too. It is a rare version of the Americana line with its creamy yellowed color and tortoise body binding. I have never in the 5 years that I have owned it seen another like it. The guitar comes with all the original parts except case. We got a beautiful Fender Deluxe amp, which is currently on eBay. In the back we found this pick case with picks. This is a Gibson guitar ??favorite of the stars?? plastic case which is cracked as you can see in the photos. It came with 11 picks.
