This is a one of a kind and a very special 1958 Les Paul Gold Top. Best sounding late 50's paf guitar I have ever played! Maybe it's because it only weighs 8 1 pounds? Ultra light and resonant. My guess is that is the secret sauce on this one? This guitar is a rare work of art by the most famous Les Paul Artist in the world, "Tom Murphy " . One of the nicest Strats that has come along. Perfect soft "V" neck that is straight and true, truss rod works fine. It was very professionally refretted without touching the finish on fret board. Wire is just slightly taller than original so plays perfecto! The only other thing that was touched and not original is the body finish. For sale is a late '64 Gibson / early '65 ES-335. The "Bigsby" model ES 335s serialed in early 65 but with all 64 appointments were actually left overs from the recession year 1964. Nice wide fat neck, Nichel hardware, early pat numbered pickups, even '64 headstock angle and 64 style pebble case. It is essentially a 1964 and 10k less!

Here we have quite a find. "Matt Kelley" who has played with the Grateful Dead Band and Rat Dog was the original owner. We sold several pieces for him over the years but this is one he held on to. It was in the right place at the right time as Mike Bloomfield played this D28 often. It was long ago and Matt did not have pics but still a very cool connection. 1950's Gibson BR-9 Lap Steel Guitar Beige Finish / Cremora Brown Trim with OHSC

Vintage closed-back Kluson Deluxe tuner set with rare opaque original buttons, removed from a vintage Gibson acoustic. No bent shafts. Vintage 1947 to early 1952
Kluson Deluxe is stamped down the center of the gear cover, and there is no second tuner post hole on the opposite side of the gear cover. The bottom of the gear cover has an external ??PAT APPLD?? stamping, and on the bottom side of the tuners, stamped in the metal, it says ??2356766 PAT APPLD

Fretboard is flat, no cracks, beautiful original (and usable) bone nut, frets are worn. Tuners are functional and have nice buttons
19 fret, thin Rosewood overlay on the headstock has evident wear on both upper corners. The Mahogany of the neck is gorgeous
