This Grantson electric guitar is a genuine 1970s vintage Les Paul style instrument. Antique banjo- mandolin with resonator. Headstock is marked by a Gus Butcher of Croydon. I haven't had any luck in researching this name. Date the instrument to 1930s.
It does have some condition issues mainly a split around the edge of the skin of the resonator
Other than that there are a few cosmetic marks small dings as to be expected from an old instrument
Would also need restringing and a professional clean up

Here we have a vintage 8 string banjo mandolin. The name on the headstock is WALLISTRO, which I believe is German
This instrument has an 8 inch diameter drum. The drum itself is shiny nickle
All parts are there. The back is open. The skin shows some signs of wear
The neck is not straight and will require restoration to get it straight and in a playable condition
